Help us advocate for bicycling improvements!

Sign-up to volunteer at one of our upcoming advocacy events where we will engage with communities, give out some freebies, share our advocacy efforts, and ask people to show their support of protected bikeways by signing postcards. You'll receive a free t-shirt, and directly help us reach our goal of 30 miles of protected bikeways in Minneapolis by 2020!

It's Open Streets season! We need volunteers to make this year another great success! We'll have our brand new Pop-Up Protected Bikeway at each event. We're looking for folks to help set up the pop-up demonstration, talk with people about protected bikeways, and tear down at the end of these fun events! Come and spend a couple of hours with us at any or all of them - click here to sign-up!

Pop-up Protected Bikeway Activity at Open Streets University of Minnesota

Open Streets Mpls season is upon us! These events are not only some of the most fun community festivals in Minneapolis, but they are also great venues for us to educate the public around protected bikeways and to gather support. At Open Streets University of Minnesota on October 1st, we'll be making a physical pop-up protected bikeway so that people can have a tangible experience with this kind of infrastructure and to sign a postcard in support.

Last year with the power of volunteers we were able to gather thousands of postcards of support, which lead to us securing $750,000 in city funding for protected bike lanes for 2015 and 2016! We need volunteers to make this year another great success! We're looking for 12-18 folks to help set up the pop-up demonstration, talk with people about protected bikeways, and tare down at the end of this fun event!
