You're invited to the Coalition's annual ThanksforGiving Volunteer and Member Appreciation Party! This year, we're bringing it big and we hope that all of our volunteers from this year can join us for an evening of food, fun, friends, and celebration of YOU! We've got plenty to celebrate and more to look forward to as we prepare to launch pedestrian advocacy in 2017. You don't want to miss the event. Families are welcome-- just indicate on your RSVP!

BIKING SUPER HEROES
NEEDED!
Ever wanted to don a cape and a mask and do good? Well now’s your chance!
Give to the Max Day, the biggest one-day day of giving in Minnesota is coming on November 17th - and we need your help!
We've pledged to do same-day bicycle delivery of member packets to all new members that day and need superheroes to ride packets out to our new supporters. Whether you ride a mile or twenty - it's up to you.

UPCOMING ADVOCACY EVENTS
Social Justice Arts Festival
Saturday, November 5, 10am-4pm (3 shifts to choose from)
SpringHouse Ministry Center (610 W 28th St) The Coalition will be there to promote biking as a healthy and eco-friendly mode of transportation. We'll also be continuing our work with Bikeways for Everyone and getting more protected bikeways in Minneapolis!
Minnehaha Avenue Completion Celebration
Saturday, November 12, 11am-12:30pm (with optional celebration ride after)
Adam's Triangle (4100 37th Ave S) Help us celebrate the completion of the Minnehaha Avenue reconstruction! We will begin at Adam's Triangle for an hour and a half of tabling to encourage celebration-goers to sign postcards in support of Bikeways for Everyone.
Green Gifts Fair
Saturday, November 19, 8:30am-5:30pm
Midtown Global Market (920 E Lake St) This is an excellent opportunity to engage with other eco-friendly-minded folks. The Coalition will be tabling alongside other "green" organizations and we would love for you to come table with us! Join us for a 3 hour shift and then wander the fair once you're done!
November Joyride Together!

Matthews Park (2318 29th Ave S) It's the last Joyride of 2016! Come along for a 5-10 mile slow roll on a route lead by Cali from Cherry Cycles. All are welcome!
Downtown Bikeways Task Force December Meeting
